Punctuality
As mentioned before, ANY latecomer will be punished accordingly UNLESS VALID reasons are given and no leeways will be allowed. ALL should be responsible enough to come not only just on time, BUT EARLIER (about 5-10 minutes) so that we can start preparing for session. We do not wish to carry out any punishments but if need be, the Committee shall do so.
* ALL members shall follow the standard timing from the Dream Studio computer
For Secondary 1s, for a 1ST TIME latecoming, you will be punished ONLY infront of the Commitee members. If you are late for MORE THAN 1 time, you will be punished in front of the Club.
As for Sec 2s and 3s, ONCE you are late, you will be punished in front of EVERYONE. You all know the club rules better than your juniors, hence punishments will be harsher.
For Commitee members, punishments apply accordingly. You are all role models, so uphold the name as a leader in Drama Club and please, lead by example.
Handphone Usage
NO handphones should be used once session commmences, inclusive of the Committee members. If anyone is spotted using handphones, Commitee members will CONFISCATE the handphone for the entire session.
If you really need to use the phone, do seek for permission from either the teachers-in-charge or any of the Committee members. Don't use phones in session unnecessarily and we thank all for your cooperation.

Members who do not have internet access
For members who do not have internet access, there is no need for you to go to a place where there is internet connection to check the updates posted in the Drama Blog.
Do check with your friends for any drama updates. This is to ensure that fairness is practiced. Unless it is an urgent/last-minute information to be relayed, NO sms will be sent by the Committee to ANY member, that includes those who do not have internet access.
Do take the initiative to check current updates from your friends, hence there should be NO EXCUSE of not knowing the latest updates in the Club just because you do not have internet access. ALL must take personal responsibility to be updated about what is going on in the Club at all times.

For messages sent by committee heads, please do remember to acknowledge upon receiving. This is to ensure that all are aware of any pieces of info being relayed. A simple "Ok" as a reply would be good enough.

Club Rules
ALL Drama Club members should be very clear about Club Rules and how we work. This blog is therefore, set for this purpose. Please take special note about all issues pertaining to Attendance, Communication, Punctuality and the Contact System (Phone Relay).
All the Rules below are the expectations and requirements that a Drama Club member should meet.
Attendance:
- Attendance is to be taken seriously at ALL times. Drama Club members must fulfill at least 75% of the year’s attendance.
- ALL members must be physically present for all and/or at least half of the day’s session to qualify for an attendance unless otherwise informed by the Instructor/Teacher-in-Charge/Committee.
- ALL absenteeism cases are to be accounted for with a medical certificate.
- Committee members/ Teacher-in-Charge is to be informed beforehand of any issues pertaining to late coming or absence for any session.
* Members with irregular attendance will be taken out from the production cast (if involved). The same applies to repeated offenders of late coming.
Communication:
- Members who are late/absent/cannot attend a Drama session for any reason is to inform their respective Level-in-Charge/ Teacher-in-Charge
- Relaying of urgent messages / information shall be done through text messaging. Members are to acknowledge the message upon receiving.
- At times, announcements/updates of any Drama-related admin matters will not be conveyed through messaging. Members are to visit the Drama blog at: http://www.amkssdrama.blogspot.com/ to get the info themselves
Late-Coming System:
3.30- 3.35:
5 minutes grace time given. Members who come inany time within this period will not be counted as late.
After grace time:
Any member who is not present for session after the 5 minutes grace will be late.
Eg: Arrival time: 9.06 (6 minutes late), 9.10 (10 minutes late)
Punishments will be given accordingly to the timethat one reports late
Punishments:
6-9 minutes late: 10 push-ups
10 to 30 minutes late: Cleaning of Dream Studio after session
1 hour or more late: No attendance given unless a valid reason is given
* Repeated offenders of latecoming will also be taken out of any Production cast.
* No one shall be exempted from the above punishments
